Please join us for lunch and our annual business meeting held in conjunction with the ASSA meetings in San Francisco.
Our annual luncheon will be held on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, from 12:30 – 2 pm, following our two sponsored sessions. It will be hosted at a nearby restaurant (John’s Grill) The restaurant is a short walk (0.2 miles) from the Marriott Marquis (site of our sessions).
If you know you’ll be attending, we’re requesting you to RSVP for the annual ACE fellowship luncheon by completing this survey. Your timely RSVP allows us to provide a more accurate headcount which is required by the restaurant by 12/20.
Lunch will include salad, choice of New York Steak or Petrale Amandine with vegetarian and vegan options available upon request in addition to coffee, tea and water. For those with full-time employment, we ask that you cover the cost of your meal, $65. (We will collect payment on site). While we realize this is a significant cost, hosting the luncheon at the hotel ended up being significantly more expensive than reserving a room at a local restaurant. Thanks to generous donors, we are thrilled to extend a free invitation to the luncheon to all current students and anyone under financial hardship.
The annual ACE business meeting is scheduled to take place during the luncheon between 1-2 PM.
