Call For Submissions: AEI Faith & Public Life Faculty Retreat

This year the Initiative on Faith and Public Life at the American Enterprise Institute is partnering with ACE for their annual faculty retreat. Each year the program brings together a group of interested faculty to discuss a foundational question for Christians in the academy. Faculty are invited to submit a short essay on a theme, four of which are published and presented at the retreat.

This year’s theme question is: In the contemporary United States, what would a truly humane economy look like?

Details about the call for essays are available here. All essays submitted, including those not chosen for the retreat program, will also be considered for a symposium in a forthcoming issue of Faith & Economics. Those chosen for the retreat program will also receive a $1000 honorarium.

The deadline for consideration is November 30th, 2020.
