Erskine College – Assistant Professor of Business Administration Opening

The Department of Business Administration at Erskine College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of Business Administration to begin August 2020. The Department of Business is committed to equipping our graduates with the fundamental skills of business management and help them develop leadership and citizenship abilities.

Duties
Erskine offers an undergraduate program with emphasis areas in accounting, general business, sport management and health care management. The ideal candidate must have a commitment to excellence in teaching and an interest in teaching a wide range of business courses, including, but not limited to economics, finance, upper level business courses, etc. The normal teaching load is 8 courses (24 contact hours) per year or a 4-4 semester course assignment. Duties include academic advising, college service, and supporting the core curriculum of the college.

Qualifications
 Embrace, support, and promote Erskine College’s Christian mission and philosophy of Christian higher education.

 Preferred candidate will have an earned doctorate in Business Administration or related field from a regionally accredited institution. Master’s degree will be considered.

 Ability to teach undergraduate courses in Business in both face-to-face and online environments
